Mardi Gras Birthday

These were actually very fun to make! Filled with chocolate frosting and decorated with modeling chocolate.

I'm tired already...

I've been completely burned out (hah) on baking for some time now. I blame my tiny kitchen. Working on fixing this soon though, hopefully... ;)

Have two birthdays coming up in the next week or two that are going to keep me very busy. The plan is a set of Mardi Gras/LSU cupcakes and a set of Star Trek ones. We'll see how this goes!

Also have to get going on a few sets of cookie bouquets for a high school team-building exercise sort of thing.

In the meantime, here are some cupcakes I made a while back. I'll be trying out the monogram thingie again on the Mardi Gras cupcakes I think.
